Inclusion in school system (Ardsley, Rockland: public schools, move to, special needs)

I have 3 kids, 6, 4, & 1, including one with Downs Syndrome. I want to move to a town where all 3 can attend the same public schools with philosophy of inclusion for special needs kids. We're looking anywhere in Westchester or Rockland County. Any recommondations?
