I do not have $350 for the minimum most need---are there any companies that can deliver $50 or $100?

Hot water's out.
They should have lower minimums, money's sometimes low and they want $350 or $500 minimum.
Is there a company that can either bill or do a small delivery?
I know of Sunshine, Bottini, and will just ask them.
