Are there super bad crime neighborhoods there ? Like shooting in the news every month
Central JC has a rep for an incident here or there, but the village's biggest crime issue is more in terms of property crime due to being a retail center in the area(i.e.-has the area's only indoor shopping mall) and in turn, skews the rate.
Again, is Johnson City the only part of the area you are interested in? I also ask, because Endicott is similar in that it was also a company town built for the employees of the Endicott-Johnson Shoe Company factories(Endicott known for its Italian population and JC for its Slavic/Eastern European population). So, it also is a bigger village with an urban feel in the area. Just look outside of "the Plume". Info for that school district: https://www.uek12.org/
There's also Endwell(town of Union) in between Endicott and Johnson City, with most being zoned for the Maine-Endwell SD(I believe that a small portion of the hamlet/CDP is in the Union-Endicott SD): https://www.me.stier.org/
YouTube told me one area was polluted by ibm, and there is flooding area, and the mall is empty. Too damn far away from nyc. All old houses with almost no new developments.

So you didn’t visit the area then? What are you actually looking for or is this just a joke?
