I have a friend who has gotten COVID19 twice within the last 3 months although she isn't in NY!
I'm surprised there are quite a number of people out there that catch Covid so many times within a short time frame. Do people not have an immune system anymore?
Covid "emergencies" gives her broad, unilateral power. She wasn't even elected by the citizens of NY. Its sad because when there is a true emergency, people will not give it the credence it deserves.

Well my friend is vaccinated and boosted but she does have diabetes (and is middle aged). So perhaps those are contributing factors.
