You can view more here: Counties | New York State Education Department Data Site

You have other schools that are just under the percentage like Plattsburgh or Syracuse City's Institute of Technology at Central High(aka ITC locally), among some others. You also have some that were above in 2013 like Jamestown and Rensselaer, but fell in 2014.

You can also view charter schools like Syracuse Academy of Science and Albany's Green Tech, among several others as well.

Just realized that some may have fit the predominately/mostly/highly Black and around/above the national median HH income. Original income in this and other instances is for the areas that are around 10% Black(refer to the substantial Black population post) and up and have a median HH income above the national figure.

Others are for the areas that just miss, but are at least 7% Black and above the national median HH income or are at least 10% Black and are at least 40k median HH income, unless otherwise noted. Sorry for any confusion.

Many of the college radio stations will also play genres and have shows that appeal to the community/population. You get some stations from other areas that may fit as well.
