Default Anyone remember Dr. James Coon?

James Coon was the Endicott schools superintendent. He is now the superintendent down here in Pamlico County NC. I'm wondering what kind of person he is...did he do a great job or not so great. Is he easy to deal with ? Is he fair? I have yet to meet him but as a mother of a high school student I wanted to get an idea as to what to expect. Thanks in advance.

wow my old high school classmate 1 year ahead of me. great guy, from a large family of 8 or 9 brothers and sisters. his dad just passed away ayear or 2 ago from heart failure while swimming at the binghamton swimming pool. just a super guy from a super family and a hard worker. graduate of catholic central h.s. 1971 and the starting guard and a star player on the championship team in 1971 in binghamton, that was big back then. i doubt you could find anyone to say a bad word about him and i have not spoke to him in decades but his work and dedication are unquestionable. you are lucky to have a guy like jim coon.

Habaloo is on a distinguished road
By the time he left U-E, he was the only decent person out of all the administrators I had to deal with.
