You work in a professional medical office setting and deal with patients. You have a lot of your co-workers as your friends on Facebook.
Should you post lots of pics of you getting your new tattoo with lots of added pics of the finished product on your waist? What about the little extra pic of the tongue jewelry?
Unless it's one of the doctors, I hardly see where it matters. And even then... Look, none of the patients are going to look their nurses, medical office administrators or orderlies up online to make judgments about them. Not unless they have a crush on one of them or serious mental health issues. And if it's coworkers, really their only concern should be whether the poster is doing their job well.
I friend some of my co-workers (including a few of the executives) and I post a lot of inappropriate stuff. But they're my friends who know me very well, and my privacy settings are at the max. It also helps that my coworkers view me as a free spirit who also is very helpful to her coworkers. Not a lot of judgments are being aimed at me, from what I can tell.
