Me and my mom go at it all the time. And there have been times when she has gone to far and really hurt me ( physically,emotionally, etc) She takes her anger out on me even though she doesnt know it. If i could id sue her!!!! and take everything from her mediocre job to her house,EVERYTHING!

I cut ties with my mother nearly five years ago and it was far more satisfying than suing her. I understand you're angry, but I urge you to seek counseling and consider cutting off toxic family relationships if salvage attempts are indeed futile.
My aunt. She unfairly took most of the money from her late father. They were supposed to be equally shared with her sisters (including my mother) and us, but alas.
We still talk with her though.
