At the school I work at, I see almost every woman as attractive. Except this one Muslim or Hindu woman. I don't hate her I just can't see myself as ever being attracted or dating her because she seems too different. Does this make me a bigot? I try to love everyone regardless of race or ethnicity.
Islam (Muslim) and Hindu are religions, not race or ethnicity. Since you can't seem to distinguish which religion she is, perhaps what she is wearing is what turns you off.

You shouldn't find almost every woman attractive.
Open your mind a little, but it could just be that you don't find her attractive.
And brush up on your knowledge of religions. Those two couldn't be any more different.

try harder or say "I love everyone except those of a religion I don't like"
It's possible that you simply don't want to be romantically involved with a Muslim. To test this hypothesis, picture someone that you find attractive, and imagine that she becomes a Muslim. Do you still want to date her?
Or, for that matter, picture the person you're talking about without the headscarf. Do you think she'd be any more appealing to you that way?
Or, maybe you're just not attracted to that particular person, and you're trying to find a reason why and so you've latched on to the religion angle. The fact is, there are some people whom we just aren't attracted to. Doesn't mean they (or you) are a bad person; it just is.
I'm not attracted to Methodist or Lutheran Women-does that make me a racist?
No, it makes you smart!
(Sorry, a little Presbyterian in-joke there. )
