In the south where I grew to there were strict rules about interacting with the opposite sex. Like you shouldnt hug stomach to stomach because of hip touching/breast pressing. No unrelated people allowed in the master bedroom without both spouses present, this included worker people too. So its not that uncommon

Yep, breasts tend to get in the way when hugging. Go back to the half hug.

That is exactly how we used to hug.. always a gap between us
