That is great!! Send some of your selling vibes up here to Oregon!!

We have a lady that is making an offer as we speak but I will believe it when I see it!!

I can't wait until we can get out there and start looking around too.

OMG...I had been reading the neverending saga of the unsold SoCal homes. I'm so happy and excited for you guys. Been in Raleigh (Morrisville) now for 4 months and love it. You will, too.

Congrats to you!! We just sold ours too here in NY. Going to contract this week. We did it backwards though. Already bought a house (to be built) near Charlotte. I can finally tell them to lift the contigency & start building! Good luck in your search for a new home.

Default selling my took a while too..

We did ours backwards as well. We went to Charlotte in March purchase a house that is now being built, came home to So FLa and put the house on the marketin April and didn't get an offer until July 4 th week, to be exact July 5 th and we are still going through the process will be closing in about 2 weeks. We also got two offers on the same day. But the second party were investors so we didn't give it to them. But since those people put in an offer and we excepted we haven't gotten any offer since. So we only had two the entire time, it was getting scary, because my house in Charlotte, will be closing in OCt/Nov.. so we were praying that someone would bite. Everything works out in the end as it should, just have some patience everyone

Congratulations. Hope all goes as smoothly in buying.
To answer one of your earlier questions: The outer belt goes counter clockwise and the inner belt goes clockwise.

Congrat! Our's backward, too. Our house is still building and will finish by October in Clayton. Our FL house will close next week and we are going to stay in an Apex apartment for 3 months next Wednesday. North Carolina, here we come!!
