Hi,
My wife and I will be moving to Greenville from Madison, Wisconsin. I'll be working near the hospital. We're looking for a nice 3-4BR in a community with other young couples/families, around $200,000. We don't have kids yet, but plan on starting soon. We are interested in neighborhood first, somewhere with other young families that will do well with resale in 5 years. An easy commute would be a bonus. Any ideas? Thanks!!

There is a development on Allen Rd. that is about a 5 minute commute to the hospital. Get online and see if you can find any Allen Rd. properties. What you would do is be at the location on Allen Rd. follow it to Stanstonsburg Rd.
You follow that through the 3-4 stop lights and the hospital, Pitt Memorial is on the left. They have a rehab center there as well and lot of the doctor's offices are in this general area. At the end of Stanstonsburg Rd is a lot of fast food restaurants and gas stations.
