Maybe a few Lumbee's...there are a good number of them in nearby Harnett County.

To someone who is serious about meeting real native americans you must find out about the next POWWOW that is being held in your area. So happens ECU just had one on its campus last week, Google up Pow wows and you will see plenty of real information. In case you dont know pow wows are festivals with dancing competition among other things.
