As a result of the last census, SC gained a seat. NC almost got a seat. NY LOST a seat.

I think there were other states who gained/lost a seat.

Headed to Cary.

"The Northeast continues to experience a moving deficit with New Jersey (67 percent outbound) and New York (65 percent) making the list of top outbound states for the fourth consecutive year. Two other states in the region — Connecticut (63 percent) and Massachusetts (57 percent) — also joined the top outbound list this year. "

I think NY lost 2, as did Ohio. Texas gained *4*.
NC may gain 2 next time--the 14th that it almost got this time, plus a 15th by 2020.

2010 reapportionment.

One reason I was actually (in retrospect) GLAD we didn't get that 14th seat this past time Maybe there will be some reason in the process in 2020.
