So online it had previously stated Active Claim with active issues. Now it says Active Claim with No active issues. Does this mean that I am going to get benefits now. I called and they said that they have mailed out the decision. My internet searches say that it would say Closed instead of saying active claim if I was denied. If I am getting benefits how long will it take to start getting paid?

It means they have made a decision, yes you will receive benefits, or no, you will not. When it changed from Active issues: yes to Active issues: no for me, it meant that they had finally received all the information they needed to make a final decision. Luckily, they decided I was eligible to receive benefits

Regular active claim changed from Yes active issues to No active issues. Have I been approved for unemployment?
