I know. Its been a downer with the coronavirus. It stinks because all this shut down stuff began a week before the Tanger Center was supposed to open. We have a gorgeous performing arts center and there is no telling how long we have to wait for the doors to open. Its depressing to see closed downtown establishments and empty streets because of it. But it looks like every city in America is going through the same thing. Lives do come first and hopefully this thing will be over soon. Hopefully this virus doesn't drag out to the point where downtown establishments have to close permanently because of it. Its been about 25 years since I've seen downtown Greensboro look that dead after hours.

Great walking tour! It would be nice to do this again in the summer when there are more people out.

Thanks, honestly appreciated because youtube makes it hard for newbies to actually have any visibility lol.

Go argue with the US Census, you aren’t changing reality here, just showing your insecurities.

What is the purpose of comparing MSA's? What true info are you trying to convey?

It's of no use just like using county populations for a comparison.

Any worthwhile comparison of metro populations has but one truth, and that's close to the TV market because that doesn't play favorites.

It’s no less relevant than comparing Charlotte’s density #’s to Raleigh or Carys.

I am so confused what the point is of this graph?

Although I don’t understand your point, it makes me curious to see How close DC is to 10 million.

Also curious about the Triad.
