What the heck is a Copyright Fee? Sounds like they are charging you for the copyrights they may have to pay for.....ummmmm isn't that included in the COST of the service. Seems like is should be.

My favorite tax was the $0.53 I was charged by National Grid every month for creating my monthly energy bill. They didn't even mail it to me! I got it online. Can't believe you're billed for the bill.....fees and taxes are getting completely out of hand!
