Can anyone suggest some friendly/safe areas around Hickory that we can find a house (with some land if possible) around $300K to $400K?

Most of these neighborhoods can be found in the northern part of the city. Rather nice and new places, and you can probably pick and choose.

Thats pretty broad info, but thats about as good as I can give you.

Im sure youve heard that you can get alot more house for your money in NC, well its true in Hickory, but other places are catching up to where its not like Mooresville or Huntersville.
