Triangle area is pretty good but make sure you have a job first...Charlotte is a no go..i have been here 30 yrs and on my way back to DC MD area..I was born in Baltimore..i am a CEO and opening and office there as well..i am really ready for change I would say if going south Texa, NC=Triangle Area, Georgia but as far as the north the flood gates are yours to enjoy..
