We finally made our move to North Dakota (Lake Metigoshe). If anyone has any questions about the Lake Metigoshe/Turtle Mountain area, give me a shout and I'll try and answer them.

I've made many trips up around the Dunseith area, it's really nice there. Hope it's all you want it to be...

Haven't tried there omletee yet, but they have a great sunday brunch buffet!
Thanks for the tip. Also, Rory who works at the Bottineau bakery moved out here from california 6 years ago and said he'd never go back...

Wow, you don't meet to many people that move up there. I have been up there many times fishing, hunting camping, and snowmobiling in the winter. If you happen to come across any land for sale up there, shoot me a PM. I would really like to find some land in the area and build a cabin on the lake. Prices seem to be high around the lake area, so I will probably have to find something without lake access. I will be moving to Minot this summer, maybe we can meet up sometime.

Looking forward to flying back in October.... pretty much counting down!
Oh..the next time you are in Super Pumper...(not sure the name now..its not the cenex gas station..its the one right to the east of there) have a bottle of Clearly Canadian. We sooooo meant to buy some before we left, and forgot. I like the pink one.
