I'm going to be moving to Dickinson in 2 weeks with my boyfriend (we both just got job offers there) from Boulder, CO. I work as a lab tech here in Colorado for a small fracking company, so I know I shouldn't expect much, BUT...
What exactly should I be expecting from Dickinson? We are both avid dancers, and while I'm doubting there will be much around there, is there maybe a dance studio or something in town that we could rent out a night a week or something?

The 2 "dance" bars in town is Liquid Assets and also Army's. They have the "club" style theme and are always busy on Friday and Saturday.
