I am looking for an apartment/room in GrandForks, ND. I am looking for a short termlease ending November 30, 2017. I am anon-smoker and I am fairly tidy. Theapartment must be on the ground floor or have very few stairs and all utilitiesmust be paid by the landlord. Airconditioning would be nice. I am willingto pay significantly more than market rent. I am a truck driver for a large Grand Forks based concrete company andhave worked for them for the last 4 years. I have no criminal history whatsoever. I am willing to provide references from current and previous employersas well as from previous landlords and others. I am dependable and I pay my bills with the exception of credit cardbills from a few years ago. I amunwilling to share my social security number.
