I think the mom should be blaming her breeding partner. If it wasn't for him, her son would not of ended up in front of the judge.

The father is quoted as saying;
Her son's father, Edward R. Kenzakoski Jr., at least in part, blames himself.
"I basically framed him with my buddies," Kenzakoski said Tuesday.

No Mr. Kenzakoski, it is 100% your fault. You framed your son, you created the victim that your son became. It is entirely your fault.

I am going to say that kid was the victim of greed (Ciavarella) and misguided discipline (Mr. Kenzakoski). 50/50

And I am going to agree with Magritte. A very tragic story. The father - and I choke as I write this word, destroyed his son.
I don't know how the mother can not be wildly furious at him.
The county had a corrupt system in place and the father used it to his sick advantage
Ciaverella was and is a crook plain and simple. A person with no regard for justice or for the youth of Luzerne County.

I am hoping that HIS life is ruined the way that he ruined the lives of so many young people.
This (Cash for Kids) is one of the sickest and most tragic miscarriages of justice that I ever ever heard of in contemporary times.
