I know they have park and rides in the scranton area for the depot .. I would check with HR dept there . There are quite a few vans that meet and bring the people to work..

There is not really a direct route that I can think of from JT to Toby. Probably the fastest way would be to take the turnpike up to 940 and then come across there. Either that or take 209 up to Broadheadsville and then hop on 115 north. I would avoide Broadheadsville on the way home at all costs though...and depending on what time you go through in the morning it could be hell as well

Quickest way from Jim Thorpe (assuming you mean downtown jim thorpe area) to the army depot would be 903 to 115 to 80 east to 380 to 423/611. 35-40 miles depending on where at in Jim Thorpe.

While i dont make that trip, i go from Albrightsville to East Stroudsburg daily which is basically the same route as above except i stay on 80 east.

And how long to get from Jim Thorpe to 940? Backtrack south to the turnpike at Lehighton?

903 north to 115 north, like PocoPC said...
