Anyone know what town the white water tower is in that you can see at most elevations from the Valley? Tunkhannock? Meshoppen?

I'm not quite sure which tower you're talking about. I know you can see the water tower at Frances Slocum State Park from quite a distance. There's also a water tower just off of the Morgan Highway in South Abington Township (not far from coartist88's home actually).

It's the only one I can see and it looks northwest of Wilkes Barre. To the south I can see car lights coming around a bend and I suspect that is 118. I need to get a pair of decent binoculars because I am tired of not knowing LOL.

East, the view appears to be Georgetown and it looks like there is road to the top. Is that so?

Frances Slocum State Park is probably it. I looked on Google Earth and South Abington is too far. Is the one at the Park like a white hour glass without the bottom? Although I can't see anything there when I google earth it.

Actually that wouldn't be it. I haven't been to the park in ages, but I believe it was a light bluish color.

LOL I hate not knowing. I checked Morgan Highway and it is too far north I think. Oh well, I will take a photo if I can't find one and maybe someone will know. Lately I don't know why but I yearn to understand the layout of the valley better. I drive around in areas I haven't yet and just hope not to get lost
