Does anyone know of any events going on this Sat? My parents are coming for a visit and I don't know what to do with them! lol. The Dallas Harvest Festival is on Sunday. I will be there working my company's booth, but need something for Saturday. Any ideas?

A sure winner is to take them up to the Castle in Hawley and get some lunch at the Falls Port Inn, or Cora's Bistro. I hear great things about the Settlers Inn - as well.

It never ceases to amaze me how resturants and most things up in this neck of the woods is great! I hear also for those romantics that The French Manor is A number one................have it on my list of things to do!

Pike Cty Fair @ Mt Haven in Milford. Not sure how exciting it will be since as far as I know this is the first year they are having it there. Firefighter competition will be on Sunday.

hat the french manor is great for the holidays too. they have a big thing for new year's eve, which i hear is great. maybe this will be our year to find a sitter and go!!

Awesome! They would have to pass all the PA clearances...........LOL. Do they do anything for Thankgiving?

Cirque de Solie at Wachovia Arena in Wilkes-Barre. It's an acrobatic show from what I hear, Like a circus without the animals.
