It's progressing just as quickly as the commuter rail linking Scranton to Hoboken, the proliferation of the creative class residing in lofts in trendy Downtown Scranton, and the widening of I-81 to six lanes through the metroplex.

More like direct flights to Bankrupcy!!! This is as brilliant of an idea as the proposed conveyer belt to shuttle walkers around downtown Nanticoke (to see a real live ghost town! what a tourist attraction!), or the dam proposed for downtown W-B a.k.a "Lake Rahsuage" it's french, or the commuter train that'll cost half a billion dollars, too transport the masses... a...oh I'm sorry I meant to say ten people to and from NYC... Those ten people are really lucky to have our government spend so much taxpayer money on them. Boy, our elected officials really have done a great job cutting out the wastful spending in a troubled economy heyna?

The cargo airport idea must have died once Lou Barletta decided to take on illegal immigration.....the original idea behind the airport was probably to smuggle in more illegal aliens...
