Anyone know of somebody running a bus trip to Split Rock on Saturday, if it's not too late to get on board, and how much it would cost? Does it include admission?

I won't get a chance to call around until tonight, so hopefully some members can save me a few steps.

Thanks.

I know that Pioneer beer distributor in Green Ridge usually runs a trip, I went on it last year and I think it cost $45, which included the bus, admission, and lunch on the way down (a hoagie and chips if I remember correctly).

I've also been hearing that Bart and Urby's bar in Wilkes-Barre is running a trip that is around $60, but includes a buffet at the bar after the trip. But then there's the issue of driving back to Scranton from Wilkes-Barre....and believe me, you'll be in no shape to drive after this trip.

Its a good time.

This sounds pretty cool-- impressed by the list of breweries representin'. If I didn't have T-day prep, and other stuff to take care of (and if I actually had friends in the area ) I'd try to make it.

If anyone on here goes, let us know how it is, please.

Is the bus ride back a puke fest?

Not on the the bus I went on last year. I would think most people going to an event like this can hold their booze. It was definitely an animated ride back, though!
