Can someone tell me in what newspapers I can locate deed transfer announcements.....like when someone purchases a home in the area, and it's announced for the public what their names are and the property bought? Specifically I'm trying to find this information for the Dallas, Lehman and Harvey's Lake area. It may very well be on the TimesLeader or Dallas Post websites, but I'll be darned...I can't find!!

that's something I'll bet they won't put on the website - they'll probably make you pay for that by buying the paper.

I checked there too, but can't find it (at least on the website). This is really frustrating. I just sent them an email asking if they have such a section. I swear I remember a friend of mine sending me MY listing when I purchased my home back in April, but can't remember what paper it was in.....

Not all counties have this online, but if you google i.e. Luzerne County Tax Appraiser - AND if you know the name or address of the seller or buyer -- you can usually find all kinds of fun stuff !!!!

Enyagirl - It does appear in both the Times Leader and Citizens Voice but it is only a certain day, which I am not sure of. I never saw mine until I googled my name and it showed up that it was in the paper. You can try that.
