I will be relocating to the area in September, with a new job in Exeter, and am looking for something with a nice open and industrial feel. My plan is to head up in the next two weeks, and check out some places. I've seen pictures of "The Mill" in Scranton, but they have a no pets policy. I've also come across "The Big Brick Building" in Forty-Fort, but don't quite need 2000sq.ft for just me and the dog (greyhound-ish).

Do you guys/gals have any recommendations?

Thanks

I am not sure where Exeter is to be honest. Moving with pets is very difficult the options are very limited...sorry I can not be of more help, but good luck with your move, happy house hunting and welcome to the area!

Well they are not industrial but there is some very nice townhomes and one level homes up in Dallas, Pa. Just outside of Wilkes barre. They are made with great quality and they have a clubhouse and pool. Soon there will also be stores on the site. I'm quite sure they allow dogs and the place is called Yalick Farms.
If you wouldn't mind living on a marina area, further up and into Harveys lake there are townhomes also for sale....( pet policy I don't know)
