Not to mention, I know many people who have money that appear to not have money. Usually those who flaunt it the least, have the most.

NO.
YES. First, the tax rate on casino revenue is much greater than that of any other business. So, basically gambling losses just become a pass thru tax and then a redistribution of wealth. This is very different from any other business. Next, every other business (ie Walmart, Alfredo's, Midas) offers it's customers either a product or a service or both. A casino offers neither. How can you compare a casino to any other businesses and say they're all the same? That's just uninformed.

I have been in the Casino business for 14 years and I look forward to furthering my career here in NEPA. I can tell all of you that entry level dealing jobs will pay at least $20/hr. Thats pretty solid for not needing a college education. Also, I know that a huge majority of the dealers will be brand new dealers coming out of the dealing school. NOT experienced ones from other states. The management and Instructors are the ones who will be experienced.

80% of the dealers wages will come from tips from patrons of the casino. The casino is only going to pay them around $5.00/hr
