Our neighborhood newsletter published the following info on farmers' markets, and I thought some here might be interested.

Arlington:

The Arlington farmers market, located at the corner of N. Courthouse Rd. and N. 14th St., runs Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon, year round.

The Clarendon farmers market is on Wednesdays from 2:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Clarendon’s Metro station Central Park year round.

The Rosslyn market is open Thursdays from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. until October 21st at Wilson Boulevard and N. Oak Street.

The Crystal City market on Crystal Drive between 18th and 20th Streets runs every Tuesday from 3:00 to 7:00 p.m. through November.

The Columbia Pike market is open Sundays, year round, from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. (winter hours 10:00 – 1:00) at the corner of Columbia Pike and S. Walter Reed Dr.

Alexandria:

The Four Mile Run farmers market at 4109 Mount Vernon Ave. in Alexandria is open Sundays from 8:00 a.m. to 1:000 p.m. until October 31.

The Del Ray market in Alexandria is Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon until the first Saturday in December. It is located at the corner of Mount Vernon and Oxford.

What about the one in old Town near city Hall? i have seen it there on saturday mornings, but not sure if it's every saturday, or what times.

The Old Town one is Sat. near City Hall (earlier hrs. something like 6 or 7 'til 11), Wed. near the King St. Metro (3-7 p.m.), there is also on in Cameron Station on Sundays (9-1).

Default Follow up question on parking

Do you know about parking for the DelRay Mkt? Is there zoned parking in effect on Saturday? Any suggestions on parking for this one?
