I'm in dire need of someone who can recommend either for neck/upper shoulder pain - it's getting worse - Alex. or close by areas would be most appreciated.

Yes, for certain, I forgot about Dr Skopp. He was also an instructor for a chiropractic technique.

Look for an Osteopath. There is a very good one off of Broad Street in Falls Church, but I forget the name. Osteopaths often work directly with the insurance companies, but it depends--you might have to file the claims yourself, but you should be covered.

Second the Ostepath, but I'm pretty bias since my uncles one. They are considered physicians and actually have medical training/not pseudoscience like the chiros. Check Dr. Stephen D. Blood, DO, he specializes in manipulation.
