I got 4 rims that are used significantly that I want to sell. I am not planning on getting rich either. I more just want them out of my site and maybe go out to Outback Steakhouse or something with the profits lol. Anyways, anyone have experience?

-Saw places online that buy used rims if you ship it to them first (shady?)
-Not sure where scrap yards are or how much they would pay me.
-Not even sure what used rims are even worth lol. I can only based that on what I paid for new rims haha.

Thanks for help!

P.S. I know all about man caves, coffee tables, and other junk excuses/projects people use to become professional hoarders.

You can sell them on Craigslist (my husband did), or you can give them away on Freecycle.

Thanks guys. I thought that. I guess I just find it hard to imagine why someone would buy used rims yet when I browse on eBay and Craigslist at other used rims, they are selling them for like 4x what I'm asking. Maybe people collect them or something lol? I wish there was a nationwide chain that just bought used rims. Maybe I should start a business that does that lol!

If I was still in college, I guess I would use one for a garden hose. Another for a coffee (beer) table. Maybe another for decoration. Maybe the 4th one for leg support when I use the bathroom lol.
