Hello I would like to know if anyone has dealt with the Accomac county general district courts, because I'm from PA and I was stopped by a trooper for speeding, when I asked him why was he stopping me...he stated for speeding and then he asked me if I knew what was the speed limit in that area of Rte 13 and I replied by saying that the last sign I saw was 55 and that I was doing 62, he replied by saying that I was doing 61 in a 45 zone...he asked for my info and I gave it to him, then he went back to his car and wrote me a ticket, but when he came back to my vehicle the speed limit and the speed I was doing had changed to 89 in 55 zone...I didn't want to sign the ticket, but he told me that if I didn't he was going to arrest me, where I would have to wait to see the judge and then post bail...I would like to know if I should hire an attorney to fight my case or appear myself and fight it...Thank you in advance for any suggestions or advice.
