Does anyone have an info/opinion on Savoy at Reston Towncenter, ParcReston, or Charter Oak Apts? Interested in feedback on area and units themselves. Have read some positive/negative on all of them but hard to determine what is just disgruntled tenant and truth.

ParcReston used to be apartments that went condo at some point. Part of the complex remained rental units that got torn down a couple of years back. In their place went a high rise upscale apartment building. The buildings at ParcReston were built in the early 80s. From what I can see from the outside, they appear to be well maintained. The construction is typical of many low-to-midrise buildings---cheap wooden buildings. In such buildings, soundproofing is non-existent.
