Does anybody have an idea how long it will take me to commute to Fairfax (22030) from Stafford (22554) in a good day and also in a bad day?

And how long would it take me from Fairfax to Stafford if i leave work around 6'ish? Thank you

My guess would be 45 minutes to an hour, depending on traffic. You'll be going against, which should help. It's not the same commute, but I have gotten from Alexandria to Fredericksburg in 45 minutes in the morning.

On a bad day - it can take about 3 hours - seriously - accident, rain, any odd reason
My husband tried it when we first moved here - he never saw the children - came home tense - it was horrible - you will see

Actually, he'll be going WITH the traffic. Traffic is heavier northbound in the mornings as people commute further into the DC metro and south in the evenings as they commute back home.
