Was considering doing one of these during some down time, but I'm relatively new here and wanted to know if there are any standards/expectations. Such, as specific things that must be included in photos, do you prefer pictures alone or would you also prefer brief comments, history, all that sort of stuff.

Just curious, I may not be able to do one for awhile, but it never hurts to ask early.

No requirements Every one is a little different.

I love that our forum does them--I've never seen them on any of the other state/local boards that I view.

Nope no requirements, just share in the way that you're most comfortable.

Absolutely no nudity allowed.

Unless of course it's of the female persuasion.

I find that they're best if there is no set structure to the photo tour -- just photograph what strikes your fancy from main roads. I am a little more restrictive, however, when photographing residential areas/private houses, since only shots that show the front, and not open doors/open garage doors, without children/pets/license plates displayed, etc. I tend to filter shots to preserve a higher standard of others' privacy. I also omit schools and playgrounds.
