Job Hunting
I have recently completed my Master's Degree in Sports Management, so I now have a bachelor's degree in Communications-Public Relations and a Master's degree in Sports Management. I've had some experience interning with a Public Relations department and also in the athletic department at the school I completed my Masters. My question is, what kind of jobs can I get with those degrees in the Ocala area.
Any type of jobs related to sports, i.e. jobs in recreation centers, administration jobs like assistant athletic director at the high school or college levels, jobs with semi pro or pro sports teams.
Thanks for the reply.

There are jobs in Ocala? Seriously you need to go to Atlanta or at least move out of Ocala. Even if there were jobs they would offer you a salary that would insult your intelligence and education.

LOL, jobs and Ocala should not be in the same sentence. You may be able to find a min. wage job.

Agreed. I am about to finish my Master's this summer from Florida State in MIS. The potential for getting paid for what I am worth lies elsewhere . . . definitely not in Ocala.

Leave that place ASAP unless you want to commit career suicide.

What if for family reasons you have no choice but to live in Ocala for 6 months... what are my options? I do have a technology background... :/ Is it really that bleak?
