I am looking for wedding venues that are either very cheap or free in Oklahoma city. My wedding is going to be small - 60 people or less - and my budget is very small as well. The venue should be <$500. I would love to find someone or someplace with a nice backyard or garden that I could rent for a few hours for both ceremony or reception. Any recommendations on this are welcome.

The city of Oklahoma City Parks and Recreation Department has several pavillions that you can rent for around $400 for 4 or 5 hours. I went to a wedding at a park with one near downtown. It held 100 people, included tables and chairs, had a small kitchen for food preparation and restrooms. I think they just unlock the door and return 4 hours later to get the key back. I know the family had to clean up afterwards. Also, I think you can rent the community center in Newcastle.
