Yeah ,Yeah, OKC got sick and tired of other Major League City punching it in the mouth and taking OKC lunch money.OKC the proverbial 98 Pound weakling brushed all of the sand off of it's face and begin to do some heavy weight lifting....LOL!!!

What a successful, well-run government program! OKC announced between lower-than-anticipated expenses and higher-than-expected tax collections, they have $40 million in excess funds to spend on MAPS projects. Well done!
