Does anyone know a regulatory agency and/or maybe a local TV channel that will help consumers with business problems? I cx a "road protection" agreement on a new car I bought and recd a copy of the transaction. They told me it would take 6-8 weeks to be credited to my loan. The time has passed, - no credit, - and of course, no return calls to me about it. I am fed up and ready to report them to get something done.

There is a news station that does a story called "In Your Corner" or something like that. Make use of your friend Google for more info on local news channels.

That was "Get Brad in your corner" on CH.4 in OKC. Brad died a year or so ago, but they still do the program. Think the station is KOCO ,but, I may be wrong. How about the better business brueau or Chamer of Commerce ? Better yet, get a lawyer. Lottsa luck.

KFOR was where Brad Edwards worked when he passed away. All "four" of the news stations in OKC offer some sort of "consumer protection" segment but they are few and far between.
KOCO, KFOR, KWTV and Fox 25

You could always try one of the people at KSBI, but since they're so new to the "news" world, they may not have a consumer reporter.

Don't rely on the tv stations though, file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the State of Oklahoma, via fraud protection.
