Look online at a forum called mineral rights and another called all experts. Both will have information on mineral leasing and drilling info if there is any in this county. You can search by county on each site.

I'm pretty familiar with that area.

Did you receive a pooling proposal letter from the Corporation Commission? Or is this an actual mineral lease a landman has sent you?

If it's a mineral lease, IMO, you should get a lawyer experienced in oil leases. Do not sign just because a land man tells you to. They lie like dogs on a summer day. If you get a division order let your lawyer read it first. Good luck.
