Long story short tell:

I rented a place for 3 months from a girl. She lied to me from the very beginning.

I always felt a bit shady things, so I didn't sign the lease to transfer under my name but pay her month to month.

Later when I moved in, her roommate told me her room had bed bug issue.

I was shocked she never mentioned once if I knew I wouldn't move in and I had other options! And I was trying to help her b/c she seemed really need the money.

And few days ago, a vacant notice showed up on the door, she owned the apt $1000+ for previous bedbug fees and couldn't pay so must vacant the place immediately.

So I am shocked again...

My question is:
Can I continue to stay in the place cuz I already paid for the month! 6/15 got vacant notice.
If I stay will I get in trouble?

You need to go find a new place to live. You are not on the lease.

I just found one and I am ready to leave.

But the girl insists me to stay b/c she still has 1 month (July) to pay and I think she just wants me to foot up the bill. I am wandering am I responsible for the last month bill?

I thought she was a nice person and really need the money so I agree to rent 3 months and said as long as no bed bug issue again and management issue I will.

You are just a guest in her home. Just pack up and move out. If you think she is going to give you any problems, do it when she is not home.
