I am a San Diego mom. My husband and I are considering a move out there sometime this year. We we're actually planning on visiting the first week of Jan, but things didn't work out and now we're going for a three-day weekend in March. Anyway, I was wondering if I could get a little advice. I have so many questions! Well, we have two children, two and nine months. I am a stay at home mom and my husband is an electrician. We are on the conservative side and interested in the surrounding areas of Austin. i.e. Round Rock, Cedar Park, Pflugerville.... granted these things all depends on where my huband can get a good job. I am very involed in mom's groups and mommy and me things. I am also into natural birth. I actually am a teacher of the Bradley Method. I have noticed that there are quite a few birth centers out there which is awesome! So, are there any mom's groups with other stay at home moms, good churches, good neighbors and neighborhoods, children's activities? Obviously, we are looking for places/towns that are family friendly. Good schools, good people, sports, and things like that. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Also, since we are cutting our trip short, which towns would you suggest that we visit? I know these are general all around questions, but seriously, anything would help. What has your experience been out there? Thanks,

Hi Kye,

We moved here in August from San Diego. I sent you a DM.
