You know PeggyD the funny part about is that I didn't smoke in either the house or any of the vehicles. A pack of cigs. would last me 2 or 3 days, depending on how busy I kept myself.

You were a light smoker then.

I have heard about a prescription that helps you stop smoking. I know someone who was a long-time heavy smoker who has successfully quit for 6 months now by using that medication. I am thinking of trying that, since I have tried everything else.

Aside everything else, I just got tired of hacking up those nasty Lung Biscuits. My mom & dad were both heavy smokers as well as most of my family members, and there was ten of us kids. The oldest one died a few years back from cancer .

I'm sorry that happened, SB. The reasons to quit are getting more each day. Maybe I'll follow your example.

Thanks peggyd,

Well it happens I guess we just need to keep looking forward. I'm sure that the other bad habits that she had help to contribute to her demise.

My friend...
If you quit and BJB picks on your weight,
I'll take up smoking and blow a puff in her her face!

Okay... (I'm NOT on crack!)

No, I wouldn't, because if she scares a SeeBee,
I don't wanna mess with her!

Stop counting "smoke-free" days and just live!

From what I can see from here,
you're more than half way there!

You CAN do it!

Thanks CG,

And your right I need to stop counting days, and just concentrate on changing the habits that kept me smoking. Late being in an area where smokers hang out, most of my family (for now), and keeping my mind working on other projects. Just to name a few.

Aaa! Shes tough but not that tough . Don't tell her I said that .
