ok i have decided to get out of north Dakota i am retired at 45 and need a small studio to live in and suggestions, i keep seeing a group called landmark are they any good
is there a alt newspaper on line for apartments besides craigslist and the main stream paper any help please looking to spend no more then 400 and what is with the electric is it high in omaha ??? help any one

There's omaha.com (online paper) and there's also the sarpy paper if you're wanting to possibly live in Bellevue, La Vista, or Papillion.

Also, the realty sites also have rentals but I recommend NOT going with PJ Morgan, they're terrible. Try looking at century 21's website, I found a few listings there when I was looking previously.

We have a public power district that keeps the rates lower than the national average. A well insulated apartment with good windows, preferably not on the top level of a building would be preferred to keep the summer electric bills down. Winter will probably be similar to what you are already used to.

IMO, gas is the more expensive than electric. When I was in Omaha, our gas was around 140 a month vs 75 electric.
