I've heard good things about the CoCo Key Water Resort at the Holiday Inn on 72d and Grover. Has anyone been there? The local site MomsOfOmaha - Home Page - Tips From Moms on What to Do and Where to Go in the Omaha Area has a big discount on day passes for CoCo Key and I'm thinking of taking the kids there during Spring break.

Just seen the commercials, looks neat. I say go for it, and then come back and give us a report so we know

I won some tickets when they first opened. Overall, its pretty cool. The design is more for kids than adults as the water is pretty shallow. I think the deepest pool may be 4'. A few of the slides are pretty fun. The lazy river is too shallow in my opinion but its nice to just float around. I think its worth going to but probably not as good as Great Wolf Lodge. Have fun!

Red face CocoKey Omaha

I took my granddaughters on spring break - week of March 16th.
The facility was not staffed enough for the volume of people.
Women's locker room and bath room very dirty.
No place to put dirty towels - all the carts were in the laundry room.
They need to have cubicals around pool walls for people to put their towels. One of our better beach towels was stolen.

Pools were nice - some slides closed due to lack of life guards.

Tip: Do not use locker rooms for changing - have swimsuit under jogging suit for easy changing. Invest $5 to rent locker for your items.
