Definitely. Expect a 15% discount in Tustin. The nicer stuff in Tustin (circa 1990-2000) can be found in 92782.

The best deal in Irvine is West Irvine (Jamboree to 261), zip code 92602 (west side of this zip).

Are you asking other people to do your leg work? We have already told you to look on websites like Zillow and Trulia. Its very simple.

Don't waste your money with the HOA fees. Save until you can afford a house in Irvine. At the moment, a decent one is $800k. I know many families who rent a room in someone's house until they can afford to buy a house. None of them settled for the condo/townhouse and that HOA ripoff. Don't settle for less for the sake of having the Irvine address
