I'm a dentist from India( Coimbatore/ Tamilnadu) and will be moving to Irvine /Newport Beach shortly due to my husband's job reasons, After we settle down I would like to pursue my studies in Dental or MPH.
can some one guide about the bud jet housing in that area, as we are not sure about his office address,I would prefer a place in common, from where he can commute to either.
I also have a 3 yr old ,and will be looking for special education in public school, can some one say how should I start the process.
Also looking for suggestions about good hospitals for developmental Pediatrics , Gastro entrology and General medicine.

thank you!

There is no budget housing in Newport Beach. We need a bit more info as to where he is working. In Newport Beach? There are places you can live in or near NB. But are you looking gif a two bed apartment or Cindy or townhouse. What's your budget?

1500-1800 $,I'm looking for 2 BHK housing from where we can easily commute to Irvine or NB ,not necessarily in Irvine or NB.

It sounds like you may be thinking of Irvine, since it would be hard to find two bedroom apartments at that price in much of OC.

Your income might be too high, but you could try this:

Affordable Housing

Also, look at this (Income limits, all the way up to about $101,750 for a family of 8) are in the lower right hand corner of page 2):
Find Affordable Housing in Irvine

This site lists market rate apartments:

15-1800 is doable but not in a SFR. You might be able to do one maybe a one bed with bonus room apartment. You might be able to find a two bed apartment but yo may be in a so so part of town. Townhouses are going for higher than your target price.

You are going to find more affordable housing in your budget in North OC cities like Garden Grove, Anaheim, Stanton, Fountain Valley. Which is only a ~30 minute commute to Irvine.

Irvine sounds like an ideal city. I believe it's actually well known for it's medical infrastructure.

The best medical centers are in Orange.

You should be looking in Irvine. I think the schools and housing will fit. You may need to do $2000 a month to get what you want but it will be worth the extra 300. It has everything else you'd want. Welcome to OC.
